It was totally a year of looking around and finally finding one at a housing estate in the middle of the town. However, one of the contemplation is the location which is still in the vicinity of downtown, because we grudge to stay at secluded housing area. I'm no good at driving, I need others' help to fetch and send me home oftenly. So, we trust that we have opted precisely for the purchase of this house.
The parents have engaged with a contractor for the renovation. And the refurbishment will start soon :)

Wow it looks really grand! Can't wait to see what it looks like once the renovation is done! :)
Corsage : The house is rather spacious, has a large living room and four quite big bedrooms. It was unoccupied after the previous owner use it for office before, so can say that we'll do the entire renovation.
