Homemade Popia

As well as finding the needle in the haystack, I had to treat the public holiday as an excuse to extricate my soul from being trapped in the prison of work and not to misplace the opportunity to feed the tummy with good sustenance.
I was still fiddling around with the dream when mom hollered on me.
The breakfast is ready on the table when I'm done with the late shower.
I know how blessed I am. :)

I have been missing this sweet potato kueh since weeks ago.
Shredding and cutting the vegs was not my chore ;p
Lil sis did hold the responsibility of doing that.
Putting the popia filling onto the popia skin..
Top up with some shredded eggs and deep fried onion.
Wrap the filling up and roll it!
We used to address this as Selat Popia.
Packed some for the friend and she utterly loves it!
I promise mom to take over the shredding and cutting part if she willing to commence the 2nd round of popia making immediately, in no time. hehee..
