It was a simple and homely birthday celebration for the boss at office today.Before we invaded the boss room with the cake and candles in hand, I have some discomfort with a senior coworker. It's too intricate to explain in this short post.
As the result, I know I shouldn't have to deal with this if I'll be the scapegoat in the end. I did dash to the coworker and questioned her in a non-confrontational manner (in front of others). She has her words to make me realize that it was my fault which led her do this to me. Small issue but it impacted me so much. Once is enough.
