Yes, they are pondering to shift to this secluded estate. I was going along with them yest, which was not obviously their prime time, they have reconnoitered the place handful times before.
Mom has engaged a property agent to help them find one apt hut.

@Elle : Cemara Asri, Ta. I was gawking at them! Hahaha.. Prices are depend on the types, locations and the house width. They are now selling at IDR. 800 million for the empty one. Have to add on another buck for the interior decorations. And for the 'ready stay' one will cost at around IDR. 1,5M to 3M or more..
@corsage : but singapore got several estate with spacious houses too, right?
Cemara Asri's security is it ok? i saw all those houses had low fences. Is it a new part of cemara asri? i thot it's not considered a new estate anymore but the houses in the pics look so new. It's indeed quite a secluded area. How long does it take to reach city?
@Elle : Never heard any crime records there. The pictures I took were those located on the new block.
Yes, very secluded estate. Takes ard 45 mins to reach center ba. The management are planning to build hospital and a big mall there. So, it is therefore concluded tat there will become a small city afterwards. One word onli la, no car no talk for the dwellers there. Hehe.
