Wat a big NO!

I am stuck over with the neighborhood hair parlour presently.
It is located in the vicinity of my house, I have been rendered as their loyal clientele within fortnightly, at measliest.
Tis insane thing happened in one of my random visit there one week ago.
The lady who attended to me revealed them at onli one spot in among the blacks.
She was kind enough to pass them to me, one by one. I was still counting, yet halt albeit the counting was already 10. It stopped at 12!!!
Tis is the rerun series. They came back to me after some respite. (I ever encountered this issue times ago, cant remember when was the exact moment)
The lady said : "You sure tat I shud pluck all of them? They are just too many!! But funny is tat they all hoarded at the same place."
I am tagging along the white highlight. Haha...
However, I want to know what caused this happened, and how to prevent it.
