Let's call it a Sunday!

Nothing is more fun than having an undisturbed late sleep on a Sunday morning. Expectedly, the additional 1 hour doze this morning kept me awake for only a short while. I took a nap for 3 hours straight after coming back from the lunch date with the family. 

The morning was spent with a bestie in vihara and lunch was set with the family. 
After a lot of contemplating, we finally decided to head to a well-known legendary eatery in suburb of Medan city. This eatery is far from opulent, but they never fail to delight the patrons palate, this is evidenced by the booming number of cars there, especially on Sunday or public holiday. So, what's so special then? 

Mie Rebus. Very nice concoction of noddle, boiled egg, potatoes and keropok.

This portion of pork satay is really hilarious!

We call this Tau Kua He Ci, this is the main order after all.

Lunch was ended with the sweaty tees, no air-con could help. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the bonding moments captured in the snaps above. 

Another side notes needs to be shared here.. 
I dressed myself with a nice leggings today. Love the lace embroidered at the edge of it..
