Wat if we change position?

This issue brought a serious wound to her. It has been more than 30 days since the turmoil erupted in office.
I have heard enough from the "scape goat", this is how she depicted herself.
I know I never like her, I know her too well. All her rubbish traits disrupt me all these while. But on the contrary, seeing her to be treated unfair in the workplace made me pensive and think how if me and her change position? I bet this is a substantial obstacle for her.
Wat shud I do if I were on her position? Will I quit?
