Misused method

Due to the new recipe, whipping up more than 25 of eggs altogether with the flour was totally a HOAX!
Mom has been venturing on her forte, her oldies recipes of spekkoek always harvesting marvelous result. This year... somehow, she adopted the new method from my aunt, which is said will be more practical.
Are my aunt telling crap?
It is inedible!
Tough in texture, short in height.
But the lines in between each layer looks very prominent, the onli kudos I have been receiving for this year's spekkoek. Aiyoo..!!!
