War?

Esteeming myself for the good mood I brought along to the work station tis morning. Nevertheless, the fortune lady not stay long for me, a complaint email and bunch of calls kept irritating me the whole day. It came to particular issue related to *** Shipping Line's subject. Remembered I hv won the claim issue like almost past 9months wif shipping line oso (tis time wif different shipping company) after 4 months of email's combat. But finally we (or shud I claim it as 'me' won the battle!). Complacent smile engraved on both me and the boss' face as we learnt tat the $$$$ have been credited on the comp's account. :) Good job for me and the team!!

Well, seems tat another claim issue on its way towards me now. The apology email just popped out by 5.15pm! Its time for me to pack up and make a small dream in my sweet nap on the way home(daydreaming not bad oso..). Quickly passed the email to boss and let him bang the hammer and instruct me wat to write for retorting. Sure CLAIM and CLAIM!!
